I suspect teens won’t look for apprentice programs (and adults may not explicitly either) but will be interested in training options besides more school. We saw that in the COS audience study. Multiple paths to the same point.

I imagine the fun component is more important to a teen career explorer, and less important to a young adult job seeker. We have to decide who we’re designing for, with the apprenticeship search tool.

How can we balance fun with calm? It’s not serious fun so much as comfortable serious. Reassuring and realistic without being phony.
